摘要:采用Na2CO3/NaOH软化与反渗透组合工艺的一套日处理100 t硝酸盐和硬度严重超标的地下水中试与示范装置。半年多的试运行结果表明,中试与示范装置运行稳定,出水pH值、硬度和硝酸盐氮浓度全部符合《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749—2006)。中试与示范装置具有自动化程度高、运行管理简便的特点,适合于村镇小型供水单位推广应用。
Groundwater is the only readily available source of drinking water for Xujia Village, Ningjiabu Town, Zhangqiu County, Shandong Province, but both nitrate and hardness in the groundwater are serious higher than their maximum contaminant levels (MCL). To solve the safety problem of drinking water of the local villagers, a pilot plant for treating the nitrate contaminated ground- water using the combined Na2CO3/NaOH softening and reverse osmosis process was constructed in the village. The operations results over a half year showed that the performance of the pilot plant is stable, which effluent pH, hardness, and nitrate are all fitted in with the standard of drinking water quality. The pilot plant with advantages of automation highly and management easily, which can be widely applied in villages and towns water supply works.
