摘要:以硅胶为载体,通过对自制的限制几何构型茂金属催化剂C(CH_3)_2(Cp)N(t-Bu)ZrCl_2的负载化,制备了C(CH_3)_2(Cp)N(t-Bu)ZrCl_2/MAO/SiO_2负载化限制几何构型茂金属催化剂(简称负载化催化剂);考察了硅胶焙烧温度、甲基铝氧烷(MAO)处理硅胶时间、茂金属的浓度、负载温度和负载时间等因素对催化剂性能及其对乙烯与1-辛烯共聚反应活性的影响。实验结果表明,在硅胶焙烧温度600℃、MAO处理硅胶时间6h、茂金属浓度0.65mmol/L、负载温度40℃、负载时间6h的条件下制备的负载化催化剂对乙烯与1-辛烯共聚反应具有较高的活性,乙烯与1-辛烯共聚物中1-辛烯的插入率较高,共聚物颗粒形态良好,无粘釜现象。
3 C ( CH3 ) 2 ( Cp ) N ( t-Bu ) ZrC12/MAO/SiO2 supported constrained geometry metallocene catalyst was prepared by immobilization of the prepared constrained geometry metallocene C(CH3)2(Cp)N(t-Bu)ZrCl2 on silica gel as the support. The influences of silica gel calcination temperature, time of methylaluminoxane (MAO) processing silica gel, concentration of metallocene compound, immobilizing temperature and immobilizing time of metallocene compound on the supported catalyst properties and its polymerization activity in copolymerization of ethylene with 1- octene were investigated. The results showed that the ( CH3 ) 2 ( Cp ) N (t-Bu) ZrCl2/MAO/SiO2 catalyst with high copolymerization activity could be obtained under the conditions of silica gel calcination temperature 600℃, MAO processing silica gel time 6 h, concentration of metallocene compound 0.65 mmol/L, immobilizing temperature 40 ℃ and immobilizing time 6 h. At the same time, 1- octene content in the copolymer was relatively high, with the result of good particle morphology and nonadherence to the reactor wall.
