摘要:NOVELTY - A phosphorus-nitrogen halogen-free fire retardant material contains phosphorus-nitrogen intumescent fire retardant, lanthanum oxide, and fire-retardant organic polymer. The phosphorus-nitrogen intumescent fire retardant is pentaerythritol phosphate ester, dipentaerythritol phosphate ester, tripentaerythritol phosphate ester, or pentaerythritol phosphite ester and its corresponding melamine salt. The fire-retardant organic polymer is polypropylene, polyethylene, or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer. USE - A phosphorus-nitrogen halogen-free fire retardant material. ADVANTAGE - The materials has reduced amount of fire retardant, reduced cost, and improved mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Phosphorus-nitrogen halogen-free fire retardant material comprises phosphorus-nitrogen intumescent fire retardant, lanthanum oxide, and fire-retardant organic polymer. The phosphorus-nitrogen intumescent fire retardant is pentaerythritol phosphate ester, dipentaerythritol phosphate ester, tripentaerythritol phosphate ester, or pentaerythritol phosphite ester and its corresponding melamine salt, or can be ammonium polyphosphate or a mixed system of melamine phosphate ester and pentaerythritol. The fire-retardant organic polymer is polypropylene, polyethylene, or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer.
