摘要:研究了以丙酮为溶剂的超临界 CO2 - GAS重结晶制细过程温度对 HMX晶型的影响 ,结果表明 :超临界 CO2 - GAS重结晶 HMX过程与常规的重结晶过程相似 ,温度对 HMX晶型起控制作用 ,而对颗粒尺寸影响不大 ;当局部操作温度大于 5 0℃时 ,结晶颗粒中会有α型 HMX生成 ;当整体温度大于 6 0℃时 ,产品中α型 HMX占主要部分。本文就 GAS重结晶过程温度对 HMX晶型影响的机理进行了探讨 ,认为流体压缩和结晶放热引起的局部过热是产生α型
By GAS recrystallization HMX(1,3,5,7-tetranitro-1,3,5,7-tetraazacyclooctane),we can obtain microparticle β-HMX with different particle size and distribution.The effect of temperature on morphology of HMX in the processes of supercritical carbon dioxide antisolvent recrystallization in acetone solution was studied.The reaults show that,similar to the conventional recrystallization method,the temperature is the major reason that it cause to form α-HMX in GAS recrystallization processes,and we will find α-HMX when the operation temperature is more than 50℃ and will obtain almost total α-HMX when temperature is more than 60℃.The mechanism analysis shows that partial thermal source caused by compression and crystallization processes is the major cause to form α-HMX.
