摘要：本文讨论了夹带剂在超临界萃取中的应用,对夹带剂的作用机理、夹带剂效应的解释及预测、夹带剂的选择原则进行了详细的归纳与分析,并指出夹带剂的应用将成为超临界萃取的主要发展方向。
The application of entrainer in supercritical extraction is discussed,and the entraining mechanism, entrainer effects and the selection rules of the entrainers are summed up and analysed detailly. The important developing trend of supercritical extraction is proposed to be the application of the entrainers.
