摘要:通过超临界二氧化碳渗透的方法将成核剂分子输运到聚乳酸基体中,使其达到与传统挤出共混方法相比更为均匀、粒度更小的分散,从而进一步细化聚乳酸的球晶尺寸,改善其结晶行为。球晶尺寸的降低增加了球晶界面的结合强度,提高了聚乳酸的冲击强度。
Nucleating agent, sodium 2, 2-methylene-bis (4, 6-di-tert-butylphenyl) phosphate (NA40), has been successfully penetrated into polylaetides (PLA) by using supereritieal carbon dioxide as the swelling agent. The polarized microscopy images demonstrate that at the very beginning of crystallization, penetration by seCO2 favors generating more nuclei from a uniformly dispersion of nucleating agent in PLA, while smaller size of spherulite are formed when the crystallization finished. The DSC results also show an increase of the erystallinity of the NA40 penetrated sample, compared with the NA40 blended sample and virgin one. The impact strength and elongation at break are enhanced due to the small sized spherulites.
