摘要:喷雾冷却技术及纳米流体技术都是解决高热流密度散热问题的有效手段,本文从喷雾特性、外部特性以及喷雾流体改性三个方面综述了喷雾冷却技术的发展;介绍了纳米流体技术及其优越性,针对喷雾冷却技术与纳米流体技术的可结合性阐述了二者的结合可能带来的有益效果。
In the past several decades, with the rapid development of microelectronics and space technology, high-heat-flux thermal management has become the indispensable technique. Spray cooling and nanofluids are two effective techniques to solve high-heat-flux heat dissipation problem. This paper reviews the development of spray cooling from three aspects, namely spray characteristics, external characteristics and spray fluid enhancement. The advantages of nanofluids are introduced. Meanwhile the view on the combination of these two techniques is given.
