摘要：本文在介绍行业协会作用的基础上,分析了我国行业协会发展中面临的主要障碍及其成因,指出当前我国行业协会按照规范化要求进行重组的重要意义。本文系统地研究了行业协会重组的基本原则和模式选择的要求,对行业协会重组过程、治理结构和政策创新的内容进行了具体阐述,并提出了操作性建议。
In this article, on the basis of the introduction of the functions of the guild, the major obstacles, confronting us in the developing process of Chinese guild, and their causes, are analyzed; it also indicate the significance of regrouping according to the standardized criteria. This article offers a systematic study on the basic principles of the regrouping and the criteria for the mode choosing. It also provides a detailed illustration of the regrouping process, managing structure and the content of the policy innovation and sets forth certain practicable suggestions.
