摘要:NOVELTY - Preparing mesoporous calcium magnesium silicate-genipin cross-linked wheat protein scaffold comprises (i) mixing mesoporous magnesium silicate, wheat protein and porogen to obtain solid mixture; (ii) compressing obtained solid mixture, mixing with genipin solution to carry out cross-linking reaction to obtain precursor and concentration of genipin solution is 6-14 mmol/l; and (iii) soaking precursor in solvent to remove porogen, freezing and drying. USE - The mesoporous calcium magnesium silicate-genipin cross-linked wheat protein scaffold or carrier curcumin mesoporous calcium magnesium silicate-genipin cross-linked wheat protein scaffold is useful for preparing bone defect repair material (claimed), repairing bone and preventing bacterial invasion. ADVANTAGE - The mesoporous calcium magnesium silicate-genipin cross-linked wheat protein scaffold has biological activity, degradability, promotes cell adhesion, proliferation and differentiation and has good mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing curcumin-loaded mesoporous calcium magnesium silicate-genipin cross-linked wheat protein scaffold, comprising curcumin, mixing mesoporous calcium magnesium silicate-genipin cross-linked wheat protein scaffold in curcumin solution for absorption of curcumin.
