摘要:With the rapid development of online retail and the upgrading of consumer demand, users' affective needs have become a critical factor influencing product design and market competitiveness. However, traditional Kansei engineering approaches remain limited in handling multi-source, multi-dimensional affective data and complex semantic mappings, making them insufficient for design scenarios involving multiple stakeholders in online shopping contexts. To address this issue, this study proposes a generative design framework driven by multistakeholder Kansei needs. Centered on Kansei semantics, the framework establishes a closed-loop process encompassing semantic modeling, design element mapping, generative expression, and perceptual evaluation, enabling the structured representation and translation of affective needs throughout the design process. Methodologically, semantic features and corresponding weights are extracted from online review data, integrated into a generative model for product form generation, and subsequently validated through expert and user evaluations. The results demonstrate that the proposed framework effectively integrates multi-source affective information and improves the semantic consistency and expressive accuracy of generated designs across multiple stakeholder perspectives. Overall, this study provides a methodological pathway for integrating Kansei engineering with generative design and offers practical insights for multi-stakeholder product design in e-commerce contexts.
