摘要:以硝基苯(NB)为萃取剂,考察了文题的影响因素,确定了萃取过程的最佳工艺条件:萃取温度10~60℃;初始水相的pH值4.3~5.5。负载有机相中的苯胺可用精馏方法回收,其纯度大于99.5%。依实验确定的萃取平衡等温线,可得到萃取的理论级数为5级。NB萃取关键杂质精制对氨基苯酚为一吸热反应,萃取反应的热效应为2.26kJ/mol。
The extraction of by-products in p-aminophenol using nitrobenzene as solvent hasbeen studied. Process variables influeneing the distribution coefficient of by-products are studiedexperimentally. The optimun extraction conditions are as follows:pH=4.3~5. 5 and T = 40~60℃. Aniline in loaded organic phase can be recovered by rectification and the purity ls over99.5%. Theoretlcal stage numbers of extraction are 5 according to isotherms、which are attainedby experiments. The enthalpy change in complex extraction reaction is 2.26kJ/mol.
