摘要:建立了抑制电导离子色谱梯度洗脱的方法,将结构相似的α-,β-甘油磷酸钠进行有效分离并分析各自含量。色谱条件:Ionpac AS11-HC阴离子色谱柱和Ionpac AG11-HC保护柱,NaOH梯度洗脱,抑制电导检测器。α-,β-甘油磷酸钠在4.98~49.8 mg/L范围内呈良好线性,线性方程分别为Y=0.0225X-0.011和Y=0.0247X-0.0188,线性相关系数均为0.9999。α-甘油磷酸钠保留时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差分别为2.7%和0.73%,加标回收率为100.4%~107.9%。β-甘油磷酸钠保留时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差分别为2.2%和0.29%,加标回收率为100.8%~105.9%。α-,β-甘油磷酸钠的检出限(以S/N=3计)都是0.26 mg/L。方法可用于实际样品检测。
A method of ion chromatography(IC) was developed for the determination of α-and β-sodium glycerophosphate.The analytic column was Dionex Ionpac AS11-HC(250 mm × 4 mm) with the guard column Ionpac AG11-HC(50 mm × 4 mm).The gradient NaOH was used as an eluent with a flow rate of 1.0 ml / min.The detection was performed by a suppressed conductivity detector.The external standard calibration curve was used for quantitative analysis.The linear ranges of the method for α-and β-sodium glycerophosphate were 4.98 ~ 49.8 mg / L(r2= 0.9999).The average recoveries were 104.2% and 104.3% separately.Both detection limits(S / N = 3) were 0.26 mg / L.The method has been applied to determination of the contents of α-and β-sodium glycerophosphate.
