摘要:对β-萘甲醚的现有合成工艺进行改进。结合工业生产,得到一条新的工艺,即采用一水合硫酸氢钠作为催化剂,β-萘酚和甲醇于130~140℃下回流反应14 h。反应收率最高达95.4%,与现有工艺相当,且随着β-萘酚投量的增加,收率趋于稳定(91.0%)。该工艺避免了现有工艺中的催化剂浓硫酸对设备的严重腐蚀和环境污染,可以应用于工业化生产。
The existing synthetic process of β-naphthyl methyl ether is improved in this study. Based on literatures and industrial production, a new synthetic process is obtained, that is,β-naphthol reacts with methanol under reflux between 130 - 140℃ for 14 hours with sodium bisulfate monohydrate as the catalyst. The highest yield is 95.4%. The stable yield ( 91.0% ) tends to be achieved with increasing the amount of β-naphthoh The new process avoids some drawbacks in the existing route such as severe corrosion and environmental pollution caused by concentrated sulfuric acid. It makes the new process have great potential to be applied in industrial production.
