摘要:通过就地乳液聚合方法合成了聚丙烯酸酯胶乳互穿聚合物网络/蒙脱土纳米复合材料。与纯聚丙烯酸酯胶乳互穿聚合物网络相比,该材料的阻尼性能有较大幅度的提高,蒙脱土的加入提高了互穿聚合物网络中软、硬相的相容性或互穿程度,因此起到了既增强又增韧的效果。
Recently, polymer/layered silicate nanocomposites have attracted much attention. However, interpenetrating polymer network(IPN)/layered silicate nanocomposite has not been reported. In this paper, the nanocomposites composed of the latex IPN(LIPN) consisting of methyl methacrylate(MMA)/ethylmethacrylate(EMA)/triethylene glycol dimethacrylate(TGD) copolymer network and ethyl acrylate(EA)/butyl acrylate(BA)/TGD copolymer network, and sodium montmorillonite(Na +-MMT) were prepared by in situ emulsion polymerization(MMA/EMA/EA/BA: 1.0/1.0/1.5/1.5 by mass). Furthermore, the morphologies and the mechanical properties of these LIPN/Na +-MMT nanocomposites were observed and discussed.
