摘要:利用二烯丙基二(十八烷基)溴化铵形成微泡,用γ-射线、自由基引发剂及紫外线三种引发方式实施了单体微泡的聚合。由电子衍射照片可以看出,微泡中的分子是高度定向的。研究表明,合成的微泡保留了天然脂质体所具有的渗透功能及载物能力。
This article deals with the synthesis of diallyldioctadecyl ammonium bro mide and the formation of vesicles The polymerization of the monomer is carried out by γ-ray irradiation, free-radical initiator and ultra-violet light irradiation From the results of TEM pictures , it is concluded that the molecules in the vesicles are highly oriented The man- made vesicles retain the abilities of permeation and entrapment which the liposomes have
