摘要:Ni (Co) doped CeO2 were prepared via hydrothermal, sol-gel and solid state methods for NO+ CO reaction (CO + NO -> CO2 + N-2). The catalysts prepared by hydrothermal method (denoted as NiCe-HT and CoCe-HT) exhibited higher NO elimination efficiency than that by the other two methods due to their novel nanosheets-assembled microsphere structures and higher specific surface areas. Further characterization revealed that the better catalytic performance of NiCe-HT than CoCe-HT benefits from the easier reduction behavior, more oxygen vacancies and abundant surface chemical oxygen, leading to the NO complete elimination temperature of 175 degrees C and lifetime more than 40 h. In situ DRIFTS experiments indicated that the addition of Ni and Co into CeO2 can enhance NO and CO adsorption capacity, unstable intermediates were easier to be generated and converted on NiCe-HT than CoCe-HT. Finally, a possible mechanism for NO + CO reaction was proposed to understand the reaction processes.
