摘要:制备了5种具有不同烷基数目与链段长度的丙烯酸酯聚合物,将它们按照不同添加量(w=5%,10%,15%)分别添加到天然乳胶中,研究酯侧链结构对丙烯酸酯聚合物与天然乳胶共混相容性的影响。结果表明,当丙烯酸聚合物质量分数为10%时,酯侧链烷基数目最多、链段最长的聚合物所改性的乳胶薄膜的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、硬度和断裂伸长率最大,并具有最小的拉伸永久变形。表征测试进一步证实聚合物酯侧链上烷基数目越多、链段越长,改性薄膜表面越趋于平整和光滑,其薄膜断面变得致密而无析出物,共混薄膜的玻璃化转变温度也逐渐升高,说明共混物两相间相互扩散程度不断增强。实验获得一种具有优良性能的改性薄膜材料。
Acrylic polymers with different ester side chains were synthesized by emulsionpolymerization and then blended with natural rubber (NR) latex with various mass fractions ( 0 = 5 % % 10% and 15%) to study the effect of ester side chain structure on the compatibility of acrylic polymer latex and natural rubber. The results showed that with the dosage of 10% the latex film modified by polymerwith the largest number of alkyl groups and the longest ester side chain showed the largest tensilestrength,tear strength, hardness and elongation at break but the minimum tension set. Upon increasingamount of alkyl groups and length of ester side chain on the polymer,the surface of band smooth,the fracture of the films became dense and precipitate free and the glass temperatfilms increased, suggesting the continuous increase in the mutual diffusion between two phases of the blends. Finally,a modified film material with excellent properties was obtained.
