摘要:非金属晶体黑磷(BP)是最稳定的磷的同素异形体,不会在空气中发生自燃。而磷烯作为一种薄片状的黑磷,因其广泛的来源、高化学稳定性以及优良的电导率而在环境净化和能源转换领域引起了广泛的关注。对黑磷结构特征与制备方法进行了介绍;对黑磷的形貌调控策略(溶剂热法、机械破碎法等)及其应用(光催化二氧化碳还原、光催化裂解水产氢、光催化固氮以及放射性元素提取)进行了总结;最后,对黑磷在光催化领域的发展提出了展望。
As a kind of non-metallic crystal,black phosphorus(BP)is the most stable one among the allotropes of phosphorus,which will not occur spontaneous combustion in the air.As a kind of thin black phosphorus,thin phosphorus has wide sources,high chemical stability,and excellent electrical conductivity,which has attracted wide attention in the field of environmental purification and energy conversion.In this paper,the structural characteristics and preparation methods of black phosphorus are introduced,and the morphology control strategies(the solvothermal method,mechanical crushing method etc.)and applications of black phosphorus(photocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction,photocatalytic cracking of aquatic hydrogen,photocatalytic nitrogen fixation,and extraction of radioactive elements)are summarized.Finally,the outlook on the BP future research development direction of the development in the field of photocatalysis is discussed.
