摘要：利用状态监测与故障诊断技术对离心泵机组齿轮箱轴向振动进行分析和诊断,在测试、分析的基础上,结合轴向振动机理,找出了齿轮箱轴向振动超标的原因,提出了相应的改造措施,机组改造后振动有较大幅度地降低,符合国家标准。
The axial vibration of the centrifugal pump gear box has been analyzed and diagnosed by the technology of the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis in this paper. Based on testing, analyzing, and combined with the mechanism of the gear box axial vibration, the vibration reasons have been found and the rebuilding measures have been provided. The vibration of the rebuilded gear box has been decreased greatly and meets the requirements of our nation standard.
