摘要:将臭氧、混凝工艺分别与传统药剂软化工艺结合,考察组合工艺的软化效果并就促进机理进行分析。在水中n(Ca):n(总碱度)=1:1的情况下,臭氧-药剂软化法较传统药剂软化法硬度去除率增幅为5.7%,混凝-药剂软化法增幅为52.07%。臭氧预处理虽然可以有效地破坏不饱和官能团,但其氧化产物多为小分子有机物,仍然具有阻垢作用,导致臭氧预处理效果不佳。混凝工艺通过去除大分子有机物来促进软化过程,无抑制软化产物生成,因此混凝工艺更适合作为药剂软化的预处理工艺。
Combining ozone and coagulation process with the conventional softening process respectively, the soften- ing efficiency of the combined processes have been investigated and the accelerating mechanisms are analyzed. Under the condition of n(Ca):n (total alkalinity) =1:1, the increased hardness removal rate for the ozone-softening process is 5.7% and coagulation-softening process is 52.07% higher than the conventional softening. Although the unsaturated functional group can be broken by the ozone pretreatment efficiently, most of its oxidants are organisms with small molecules, still having scale inhibition capacity and resulting in the unfavorable efficiency of the ozone pretreatment. Coagulation process could accelerate the softening course through the removal of macro-molecular organisms, and no softening inhibition exists. Hence, coagulation process is more suitable for being used in pretreatment process for chemical agent softening.
