摘要:目的 :运用新型分离方法微波辅助提取法 (MAE)来提取黄花蒿中的青蒿素。方法 :分别选用乙醇、三氯甲烷、环己烷、正己烷、30℃~ 6 0℃石油醚、6 0℃~ 90℃石油醚、12 0号溶剂油、6号抽提溶剂油作为萃取介质 ,在间歇微波辅助提取装置中 ,进行微波辅助提取实验。结果 :从微波辐射时间、溶剂比、物料粉碎度等工艺条件对青蒿素得率的影响。评价最佳溶剂是 6号抽提溶剂油。结论
Objective:A new method of Microwave Assisted Extraction (MAE) is used to extract artemisinin from artemisia annua L. Methods:Ethanol, chloroform, cyclohexane, n hexane, petroleum ether (30℃~60℃), petroleum ether (60℃~90℃), number 120 solvent oil and number 6 extraction solvent oil were used to extract artemisinin in a MAE apparatus. Results: On the basis of the major conditions for MAE, such as duration of microwave radiation, solvent to material ratio, degree of grinding, number 6 extraction solvent oil were studied to arrive at an optimal MAE condition. Conclusion: It is efficient to extract artemisinin from artemisia annua L using MAE method.
