摘要:通过碳纤维表面的扫描电观察与复丝力学性能测定,发现等离子处理对纤维的模量几乎没有影响,而强度随着处理功率的增加和时间的延长稍有下降,在外观上仅表现为纤维表面纵向沟槽的加深。氩气等离子比氧化性空气等离子的损伤小。通过碳纤维表面的X射线光电子能谱分析,结合喇曼光谱的研究,还发现等离子处理的有效深度达到15nm左右。其作用是蚀刻去碳纤维表面脂肪链结构,产生石墨等晶体结构富集的高能表面。
By Way of SEM observation for the carbon fiber surface and the determination of the mechanical properties of conjugate fibers,it is found that plasma treatment almost has no affection on the modulus of the carbon fiber,on the other hand, the fiber strength drops slightly with the increasing of the plasma power or with the extending of the treating time.only ex-pression in outward appearance of the fiber is the dapening and the broadsning of the ditches on the fiber surface,along the fiber axle. Furthermore. the injury to carbon fiber of Ar plasma treatment is not as serious as that of air plasma treatment,which has oxidizing property. secondly,by combining Raman spectra with XPS analyses,the effective depth of plasma treat-mant is found to be about 15 nm. After plasma treatment,short aliphatic molecule chains or functional groups on the surface of the carbon fiber are etched off and the structure of graphite crystal is concentrated on the surface with high potential.
