摘要:利用天然微粉石墨和氧化石墨制备了聚氨酯 /石墨导电复合材料 ,考察了其力学性能和电性能 ,观察了其微观结构。结果发现氧化石墨制备的复合材料中 ,氧化石墨粒子的分布平行规整 ,长径比更大 ,石墨粒子与聚氨酯基体的相容性也更好 ,从而有力地说明了氧化石墨制备的复合材料比天然微粉石墨制备的复合材料的力学性能和电性能更好。
Two Polyurethane/graphite conductive composites were prepared from natural graphite powder and graphite oxide,respectively.EDS and SEM revealed that the graphite oxide possessed a larger aspect ratio and was more compatible with polyurethane matrix than natural graphite powder.As a result,the composites based on graphite oxide gave rise to higher mechanical and conductive properties.
