摘要:文章利用Polyflow软件,对密炼机叠片式转子和新型高拉伸腰鼓形转子的混炼流场特性进行了数值模拟。采用示踪粒子法(PTA)与实验验证的方法探讨了不同构型转子的分散与分布混合性能,并对所制备CF/PVDF复合材料的力学性能、CF残余长度及分布进行了表征。研究表明:腰鼓形转子混炼流场中较弱的剪切作用赋予复合材料中较长的碳纤残余长度,其较强的拉伸流动特性使碳纤在基体中得到良好分布,使CF对PVDF的增强作用更加显著。
The flow field characteristics of internal mixer rotors with different structured rotors(laminated rotor and drum-type rotors)were simulated by Polyflow software.By combining particle tracking analysis method and carbon fiber(CF)/poly(vinylidene fluoride)(PVDF)composite experiment,the dispersive and distributive mixing performance of the proposed rotors were analyzed.And the mechanical properties of(CF/PVI)F composite,CF residual length and distribution were also characterized.The study showed that drum-type rotor had relatively weaker shear effect and stronger tension flow performance than laminated rotor,which benefits longer CF residence and better CF distribution in CF/PVDF composite.
