摘要:NOVELTY - A light colored antistatic liquid crystal polymer composite material contains 50-80 wt.% liquid crystal polymer, 5-30 wt.% fiberglass, 5-30 wt.% antistatic agent, 5-20 wt.% modified inorganic filler, and 0.2-5 wt.% antioxidant in which liquid crystal polymer is KG300 and/or LCD DuPont 6300 BK (RTM: Liquid crystal polymer), fiberglass is chopped fiberglass and/or long fiberglass and antistatic agent is Clariant HS-1 (RTM: Alkane sulfonate), Clariant SAS-93 (RTM: Anionic surfactant), and/or BASF Irgastat P18 (RTM: Antistatic agent). USE - A light colored antistatic liquid crystal polymer composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - Light colored antistatic liquid crystal polymer composite material has excellent antistatic properties, low cost, and good mechanical properties. Preparation process is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A light colored antistatic liquid crystal polymer composite material contains 50-80 wt.% liquid crystal polymer, 5-30 wt.% fiberglass, 5-30 wt.% antistatic agent, 5-20 wt.% modified inorganic filler, and 0.2-5 wt.% antioxidant in which liquid crystal polymer is KG300 and/or LCD DuPont 6300 BK (RTM: Liquid crystal polymer), fiberglass is chopped fiberglass and/or long fiberglass, antistatic agent is Clariant HS-1 (RTM: Alkane sulfonate), Clariant SAS-93 (RTM: Anionic surfactant), and/or BASF Irgastat P18 (RTM: Antistatic agent), inorganic filler is conductive titanium dioxide (LJ-R944) and/or nano-antimony-doped tin oxide (GN-F-A01), surface of inorganic filler is modified by using 5-10 mass% titanate coupling agent 401, and antioxidant is BASF antioxidant 168 (RTM: Tris-(2.4-di-tert.-butylphenyl)phosphite), tetrakis(methylene-(3,5-di-tert.-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)propionic acid)methane (antioxidant 1010), and/or phosphatidylserine (antioxidant PS100). An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of light colored antistatic liquid crystal polymer composite material which involves diluting anhydrous ethanol in 5-10 mass% titanate coupling agent 401 to obtain solution, adding inorganic filler, stirring for 30-60 minutes into paste, drying into powder to obtained modified inorganic filler, drying liquid crystal polymer, fiberglass, antistatic agent, and modified inorganic filler under vacuum state at 100-200 degrees C for 1-10 hours, mixing with antioxidant in high-speed mixer for 2-10 minutes to obtain mixture, placing mixture in extruder, extruding, and grinding in which zone temperatures of extruder are 280-300 degrees C, 300-310 degrees C, 300-310 degrees C, 310-320 degrees C, 310-320 degrees C, 320-330 degrees C, and 320-340 degrees C respectively and extruder speed is 100-200 rpm.
