摘要:NOVELTY - The conductive paste comprises (in wt.%) a conductive metal-powder phase (60-90), a glass phase (1-10), an organic phase (8-25), and an additive (0.05-1 wt.%, preferably 0.1-0.5 wt.%). The additive is titania powder or tin-oxide powder, preferably titania powder. USE - Conductive paste is used in frontal electrodes of solar cells. ADVANTAGE - The conductive paste promotes the stripping mechanical strength of frontal electrode, improves the filling factor of cell and light conversion efficiency, reduces series resistance, and provides solar cells having excellent electrical and mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The conductive paste comprises (in wt.%) a conductive metal-powder phase (60-90), a glass phase (1-10), an organic phase (8-25), and an additive (0.05-1 wt.%, preferably 0.1-0.5 wt.%). The additive is titania powder or tin-oxide powder, preferably titania powder. The metal powder is silver powder, and the glass phase is silicon-boron-aluminum-lead-oxygen group glass powder. The organic phase contains solvent or tackifier in a weight ratio of 40:1-5:1. The solvent is terpineol, butyl carbitol, butyl carbitol acetate, or lemon ester, and the tackifier is ethyl cellulose, butyl cellulose, or nitrocellulose.
