摘要:环糊精是一类广泛用于有机合成的相转移催化剂。基于β-环糊精和对苯二异氰酸酯原位聚合反应,将纳米氧化铁包埋在聚合物基体内部,制备了一种新颖的磁性纳米复合催化剂。用TEM、TGA、PPMS、FT IR等方法对该催化剂进行了分析,并作为相转移催化剂成功用于催化羰基化合物在NaBH4的水溶液中的还原反应。该催化剂可通过磁铁回收,多次套用后仍表现良好的催化活性。
Cyclodextrins are widely used as phase transfer catalysts in organic synthesis. A novel magnetic nanocomposite was synthesized by in situ embedding of iron oxide nanoparticles intoβ-cyclodextrin-contai- ning polyurethane. This heterogeneous phase transfer catalyst was proved to be effective in the reduction of carbonyl compounds in aqueous solution of NaBH4. The catalyst was characterized by TEM, TGA, PPMS, FT IR and other analytical methods. It could be recycled several times with no significant loss of its catalytic activity.
