摘要:使用聚乙二醇和蔗糖为造孔剂,以溶胶-凝胶法制备了具有介孔和大孔并存的双孔型CaO-P2O5-SiO2生物玻璃。所形成的介孔孔径的分布范围在20 nm左右、大孔孔径可达到100μm以上,且所得到的孔具有连通性。材料在37℃的人体模拟液中浸泡7天后,表面生成了大量羟基磷灰石晶相,显示此类CaO-P2O5-SiO2多孔玻璃具有很好的生物活性。
Bimodal porous CaO -P2O5 -SiO2 bioglass was prepared via sol -gel method using polyethylene glycol as mesopore -making agent and sucrose as macropore -making agent. The mesopores with -20nm pore size and macropores with -100 pore pore size were formed in the monolithics and the pore structure was interconnected. After soaking in simulated body fluid (SBF) at 37℃ for 7 days, a layer of bonelike apatite was formed on the surface of the sample, indicating that such porous CaO -P2O5 -SiO2 bioglass possesses good bioactivity in vitro.
