摘要:红细胞是一种天然的输送载体。红细胞经低渗透析膨胀和等渗透析重封,可包载SOD蛋白质和多肽药物。实验结果表明,红细胞可有效地包载SOD,其行为属简单的扩散过程,并符合一级吸收与消除二室动力学模型。
Peptides and proteins such as SOD can be entrapped into red blood cells(RBCs) -a kind of natural delivery carriers by hypotonic dialysis followed by resealing. Results indicate that encapsulation of SOD into RBCs is effective and that the process of encapsulation is a simple diffusion which can be described as a first-order two-compartment kinetics model.
