摘要：安装螺栓载荷不足和安装不当是引起螺栓法兰接头泄漏的主要原因,结合螺栓载荷和垫片应力的相关定义,针对目前在安装螺栓载荷上的一些认识问题进行分析和探讨,以引起工程设计和现场安装人员的重视,为安全密封提供应用参考。
Unenough bolts and inappropriate installation are the main cause of leakage occurred in bolted flange connection. In this paper, combined with the definition of bolt load and gasket pressure and with respect to the problems in understanding of assembly bolt load, the analysis and discussion were carried out so as to bring to engineer＇s attention. What mentioned herein can also be referenced in design of safety seals.
