摘要:Acquirement of high-quality pulse signals has attracted much attention in recent years. Here, dual-mode pressure sensors capable of detecting both static force and dynamic pulse signals are achieved based on piezoelectret films. Thanks to the high piezoelectric sensitivity, piezoelectret sensors can effectively detect ultra-low pressure radial artery pulses. Moreover, due to their anisotropic foam structure, piezoelectrets are highly compressible in the thickness direction. The capacitance of the piezoelectret sensors is taken for monitoring the static force applied on wrist to compress the radial artery. Our results show that the profile of the detected pulse signals strongly depends on the static force. Clear pulse signals with detailed information are detected at moderate optimal static force. This work showcases that single piezoelectret-based pressure sensors can be employed for multimodal measurement for both static and dynamic pressures, exhibiting great potential in flexible and wearable sensors for accurate pulse detection in health monitoring. ? 2024, The Authors.
