摘要:NOVELTY - A phenylalanine ketone detection method involves preparing test solution by mixing known amount of phenylalanine ketone in water after sonication, where concentration of test solution is 1 mg.ml/l, preparing standard reference solution by mixing phenylacetate in water after sonication, where concentration of reference solution is 20 yg.ml/l followed by subjecting test solution and reference solution to chromatography under chromatographic conditions. USE - Method for detecting phenylalanine ketone in drug substance. ADVANTAGE - The method enables detecting phenylalanine ketone in drug substance with high sensitivity and better reproduction quality in an accurate manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A phenylalanine ketone in drug substance detection method, involves preparing test solution by mixing known amount of phenylalanine ketone in water after sonication, where concentration of test solution is 1 mg.ml/l, preparing standard reference solution by mixing phenylacetate in water after sonication, where concentration of reference solution is 20 yg.ml/l followed by subjecting test solution and reference solution to chromatography under chromatographic conditions including octadecylsilane bonded silica column, mobile phase comprising 20 mmol/17 l phosphate having pH of 3.3, and potassium dihydrogen phosphate and acetonitrile in the volume ratio of 85:15, detection wavelength of 205 nm, column temperature of 30 degrees C and injection volume of 10 mu l.
