摘要:首先利用酵母菌为模板合成空心的椭球状二氧化硅,以它为硅源和模板,将作为碳源的酚醛树脂包覆在二氧化硅表面,经过碳热还原反应制备出中空碳化硅微球。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、氮气吸脱附(BET)、扫描电镜(SEM)和傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)等测试手段对产物进行组分、形貌和结构表征,同时考察了反应温度、碳与硅物质的量之比(nC/nSi)对产物比表面积的影响,并对产物形成机理进行了探讨。然后以SiC作载体制备了Ru/SiC催化剂,实验表明该催化剂用于硼氢化钠水解制氢反应时具有较好的催化活性,最大产氢速率可达2 280mL/(g·min)。
Hollow silicon carbide(SiC) microspheres were prepared by carbothermal reduction method, in which ellipsoidal silica and phenolic resin were used as silica and carbon precursors, respectively. The ellipsoidal silica microparticles were synthesized by TEOS hydrolysis with the yeasts as templates. The as-synthesized SiC was characterized by XRD, SEM, N2 absorption-desorption and FT-IR. The effects of the reaction temperature and nc/nSi on the surface area as well as the formation mechanism of SiC microspheres were investigated. Then the synthesized SiC was used as carrier of the Ru/ SiC catalyst for the sodium borohydride hydrolysis reaction. Experimental results showed that the obtained catalyst possessed good catalytic activity and the maximum hydrogen production rate was up to 2 280 mL/(g·min).
