摘要:以碳酸二苯酯和双酚A为原料,氢氧化四丁基铵为催化剂,熔融酯交换合成聚碳酸酯预聚体,研究了催化剂用量、抗氧剂种类、原料配比等对产物色差的影响。在优化条件下,当碳酸二苯酯与双酚A的摩尔比为1.05∶1.00,抗氧剂为K7时,预聚体的色差最小,为0.11。
The polycarbonate prepolymer was synthesized from diphenol carbonate (DPC) and bisphenol- A (BPA) with tetrabutyl ammonium hydroxide as catalyst via melt transesterification. The influence of the catalyst dosage, antioxidant type and molar ratio of DPC/BPA on chromatic aberration of the resultant polymer were studied. When the molar ratio of DPC/BPA was 1.05 with K7 as antioxidant, the prepolymer had the lowest chromatic aberration of 0.11 under the optimized conditions.
