摘要：科技奖励是推动科技创新的充要推动力。通过对上海市获奖科技成果的数据分析,探讨影响其经济效益的主要因素。分析结果表明,知识产权、需要成果转化及产业化经费对利润增加率及税收增加率有正向影响作用,而人才培养对利润增加率和税收增加率则起到负的作用。基于这一研究结论,探讨了原因所在,并提出了相应的解决措施,以便更有效地发挥科技奖励对人才的激励作用。
Technology awards policy can promote science and technology innovation. In the thesis, the main factors which influence technical achievements economic benefits have been discussed through data analysis. It is showed that intellectual property, need funds of achievement commercialization and industrialization have positive effect on profit increase rate and tax increase rate. Talents have negative effect on profit increase rate and tax increase rate. Based on conclusions found in the thesis, we discuss the reason and propose the corresponding advices in order to make effective use of exciting technology award system.
