摘要:采用Plackett Burman实验设计法和响应面分析方法系统地研究了泔水样培养单细胞蛋白的工艺条件 ,得到了一定范围内的菌体干重随总糖浓度、尿素添加量、KH2 PO4等影响因素的变化规律及相应的响应面分析图。实验结果表明 ,总糖浓度 4 65 % ,尿素 0 3 % ,KH2 PO4为 0 10 %时 ,得到的菌体干重为一最大值 3 4 2 9g/L ,干基粗蛋白含量为 5 4 71%。将该优化工艺用于对泔水样的处理 ,不仅COD得到了有效地去除 。
Plackett Burman and response surface analysis (RSA) experiment design were applied to study the optimizing fermentation medium of food wastes for single cell protein production The changing patterns of dried protein weights with change of total saccharide, urea and KH 2PO 4 within selected ranges were obtained, contour maps of RSA were also obtained Results showed that the optimized fermentation medium with total saccharide 4 56%, urea 0 30% and KH 2PO 4 0 10% produced a maximum dried protein 34 29*#g/L Based on this optimized condition, the content of crude protein was 54 71%, COD removing rate was a maximum 92 3% This technology can be used to treat food wastes with effective COD removing rate and gaining profit from single cell protein as feedstuffs
