摘要:针对隧道防火涂层,研究了隔热填料用量、粒径、种类对涂层隔热性能的影响以及基料种类对涂层黏结性能及热稳定性的影响。采用模拟大板燃烧法对涂层样板温升速率、终点温度进行测定,采用附着力及耐冲击性测试表征涂层的黏结性能,采用热重分析研究涂层的热稳定性,并采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对涂层的微观形貌进行观察。结果表明:随着隔热填料用量的增加,涂层的隔热性能增强;随着隔热填料粒径的减小,涂层的隔热性能减弱,而当基料为硫铝酸盐水泥,隔热填料为粉煤灰时,涂层的隔热性能随填料粒径的减小出现先增强后减弱,60目粉煤灰制得的涂层隔热性能最佳;相同基料中粉煤灰较蛭石的隔热性能好。涂层的黏结性能取决于涂层所用基料本身的黏结性能,实验条件下,聚合物乳胶基料的黏结性能较好,无机水泥基料的热稳定性较好。
The effect of the dosage,particle size and type of the fillers on heat insulation performance and type of binders on the bonding performance and thermal stability of the coatings were investigated.The rate of temperature rise and final temperature of the coating was measured by the simulated large plate combustion method.The adhesion and impact resistance tests were used to characterize the bonding performance of the coating.Thermogravimetric analysis was used to determine the thermal stability of the coating.The microstructure of the coating was investigated by scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results showed that the heat insulation performance of the coating enhanced and weakened respectively with the increase of the amount and the decrease of the particle size of the fillers.When the binder was sulphoaluminate cement and the heat insulation filler was fly ash,the thermal insulation performance enhanced firstly and then weakened with the decrease of the particle size of the fillers.When the fly ash was 60 mesh,the thermal insulation performance of the coating was the best.The heat insulation performance of the coating made by fly ash was better than that of vermiculite.The bonding property of the coating depended on the bonding property of the binder.The bonding property of polymer latex was better,and the thermal stability of inorganic cement was better.
