摘要:利用液相压力微型反应系统,在150℃,重量空速40h^(-1)的条件下,用新鲜的和三种再生的HY型分子筛催化剂进行十二烯-苯烷基化反应。通过比较可知,按着苯抽提、氮气吹扫、烧焦的顺序,分三个阶段进行催化剂再生,所得的再生催化剂的活性稳定性得到更充分的恢复。研究还表明,HY催化剂经过烷基化反应和再生操作,分子筛晶体的形状、大小和晶体结构几乎没有发生变化,只是催化剂强酸中心数有所下降。
Three regenerated HY zeolite catalysts are compared with new catalyst in their activity and stability for the alkylation reaction of benzene with dodecane. All tests were carried on a micro-reaction system at liquid phase, 1.17 MPa, 150℃ and WHSV 40 h^(-1). The results show that the best regeneration method consists of three steps: benzene extraction, nitrogen purging and coke burning. The structure, shape and size of crystal in these samples have not changed significantly. The number of strong acidic sites has decreased somewhat after reaction and regeneration.
