摘要：从法哲学的角度对法律领域中因果关系的本体进行分析具有重要意义。对已有的因果关系理论范式的分析是总结和提出新的理论范式的前提。客观规律意义上的因果关系和经验范畴上的因果关系相结合的本体范式是正确认识和分析法律领域中因果关系的基础。
While an analysis of the causation from the perspective of of law philosophy is of important significance, that of the existing paradigm of noumenon of causation is the premise for putting forward new theories. The unity of the lawful and empirical causation is the basis for understanding correctly the noumenon of causation.
