摘要：美国的知识产权抵押担保融资近几十年的发展迅速,境内几乎各行业都有专利、版权、商标等的担保实践。当前我国正积极探索建立有效的知识产权担保融资制度,考察美国知识产权抵押担保法律规定与实施效果,有助于我国参考其成功经验并对其不足之处引以为鉴。
It grows very fast in American Intellectual Property loans within several decades. There have many kinds of loan practices of patents, trademarks and copyrights in the United States＇ every industry. Now we are exploring efficient intellectual property security legal aystem. It is very useful for us to learn American successful experiences and avoid its shortages after reviewing its legal regulations and its practicing effects
