摘要:采用SolidWorks软件对镀锡板表面打印机进行设计,通过对其建模设计、虚拟装配、运动仿真的分析,对打印液的上轮方式以及钢板月牙弯和宽度变化的回避等问题进行了系统的设计,并进行工作原理的模拟,优化了打印方案,实现了打印的自动化.
The printing equipment for tin plated sheet has been designed by the SolidWorks software. By model buliding, assembling simulations and movement analyzing, the simulation for print medium providing, moon-liked notch on sheet edge, and width changing protecting has been achieved. The working principle of the printer is simulated. The structure of printer has been optimized and auto- printing is realized.
