摘要：利用高效液相色谱HPLC以及液质联用LC-MS对丹参注射液进行分析。初步建立了丹参注射液指纹图谱所需的HPLC分析方法,同时确定了注射液中几个强峰的组分及其分子量,为今后建立丹参注射液的指纹图谱提供了定性依据。
s: The danshen injection was analyzed b y High Performance Liquid Chromatog raphy(HPLC)and Liquid Chromatography Mass Spectrometry(LC -MS ).A HPLC method for fingerprint chrom atogram of danshen injection has been established,and the some strong peaks were identified by LC -MS.It provided the quality foundation for fingerprint chroma togram of danshen injection in future.
