摘要：教学是高校的核心职能,但高校内部的教学质量保障意识并未形成,对于高校传统教学质量保障体系过于依赖外部的困境,须探索数智化技术在高校教学质量提升中的应用路径,以此构建适合高校内部的质量保障体系。教学质量保障平台建立在经典的质量管理理念之上,构建了“评价—反馈—整改—检查”的闭环质量监控模式。依靠微服务架构与智能化技术,平台具有良好的扩展性,能适应内外部质量评价要求的变化,聚焦质量风险点并提供处置建议。某高校的实践证明,该平台有效提升了教学质量评估的准确性和教学管理的科学性,为高校教学质量的持续改进提供了有力支持。
Teaching is the core function of colleges and universities,but the internal teaching quality assurance consciousness in colleges and universities has not formed.Aiming at the dilemma that the traditional teaching quality assurance system of colleges and universities relies too heavily on external factors,this paper explores the application path of digital intelligence technology in the improvement of teaching quality in colleges and universities,so as to construct a quality assurance system suitable for the internal conditions of colleges and universities.The teaching quality assurance platform is based on classic quality management concepts and constructs a closed-loop quality monitoring mode of“evaluation-feedback-rectificationinspection”.Relying on microservice architecture and intelligent technology,the platform possesses good scalability,adapts to changes in internal and external quality evaluation requirements,focuses on quality risk points,and provides disposal suggestions.The practice in a certain university proves that this platform effectively improves the accuracy of teaching quality evaluation and the scientific nature of teaching management,providing strong support for the continuous improvement of teaching quality in colleges and universities.
