摘要:以气动摩擦离合器与变速箱联接螺栓为研究对象,通过预紧力的计算以及对螺栓疲劳寿命影响分析,给出了合理的预紧力矩范围。采用了有限元软件ANSYS对在预紧力与外载荷同时作用下的螺栓进行仿真计算,表明螺栓最大应力位置与实际失效情况相符,从而为有限元分析中施加预紧力载荷判断螺栓失效提供了可靠的理论依据和应用价值。
This paper takes the connected bolt of pneumatic friction clutch and gearbox as the research subject, calculates the pre-tightening force and analyzes the influence of pre-tightening force on bolt fatigue life. Thus the reasonable value range of the pre-tightening torque is suggested. The numerical simulation of the bolt under the action of the preload and the working load is performed by the ANSYS software. The result shows that maximal stress region is consistent with the failure of bolt. Then the reliable theoretical basis is provided for judging the failure of the bolt under the action of the preload by the finite element analysis.
