摘要：测定尿液中乳果糖(L)、甘露醇(M)的含量以及乳果糖/甘露醇排除率(L/M)可以检测肠道通透性,评估肠粘膜屏障功能。采用离子色谱法检测幼兔尿样中的乳果糖和甘露醇,并运用MATLAB软件对数据进行微分处理计算,得出样本中乳果糖和甘露醇的含量以及乳果糖/甘露醇排除率(L/M)。
It is important to evaluate the intestine′s permeative quality and the tharm velum′s barrier function by determining the contents of the lactulose（L）,mannitol（M） and elimination rate（L/M） in the urine.In the article,the contents of L and M in the young rabbit urine were analyzed by ion chromatography.The chromatographic peaks were differentiated by the MATLAB progress.The eliminate rate L/M were gained.
