摘要:通过计算机图像处理技术开发了一套PCB产品缺陷检测系统。通过Hough变换检测出定位圆的圆心坐标,再对目标图与标准图进行几何配准,对差影运算后的图进行二值化与形态学去噪等操作得出缺陷的二值图,然后统计缺陷部分的几何特征得出结论。采用的改进算法基本能保证实时性与检测的准确率。
A PCB defect detection system was developed by computer image processing technology. First, the Hough transform was used to detect the location of the circle center on the target picture,and then adjusted the target image to the standard image with geometric registration. Using thresholding and morphology operation to filter noise after subtraction. Finally, calculating the geometrical characteristics of the defects and come to a conclusion. The improved algorithm can basically ensure real-time and detection accuracy.
