摘要：社会支持干预旨为改善特定人群社会支持所采取的策略和专业手法,包括直接的帮助和支持,以及通过改善其社会支持网络的结构和广度以提高社会支持的措施。在当前城乡流动背景下,面临外来人口不断增长的社会服务需求、较低的城市融入以及获取社会资源能力不足等问题,社会工作者如何从社会支持的角度开展有针对性的干预,促进外来人口的社区融入和社会融合?本文以在上海两个流动人口聚居区开展的社会服务为例,通过对14户流动家庭和本地社会服务机构相关人员的访谈,结合文献研究和参与式观察,探索以社会支持为本的社会工作干预模式,以此提升社会服务的有效性及流动人口的社会融合。通过比较正式和非正式支持的特点,梳理聚居区所开展的社会服务以及其对流动家庭社会支持的影响,本文提出了一种基于不同社会支持维度划分的社区干预模式。该模式注重整合正式和非正式社会支持,同时结合专业化和层次化的社区服务,以实现促进流动人口社会融合的目标。
Drawing from the interviews with 14 migrant families and the social workers involved in service provision, as well as the participant observation, the paper investigates social services in two urban villages in Shanghai, proposing a social support intervention framework for rural-to-urban migrant families to enhance their urban integration through community services. The findings highlight a differentiation of social support at various levels and functions and an incorporation of formal and informal resources.
