摘要：原真实性是衡量少数民族非物质文化遗产保护保存的重要因素和标准。近年来,随着旅游业的兴起,掠夺式的产业化和过度的商业化,再加上不断涌入的外来文化和社会嬗变,致使少数民族地区许多非物质文化遗产逐步变异失真,甚至消失消亡。对于其保护和传承,我们应加强制度建设与文化传承创新,尊重和认可文化遗产价值的合理性,保护其现实和历史功能,保护与开发"双轨"并行,使其从可持续发展中获取生命力。
Authenticity is an important factor and criterion to assess the intangible cultural heritage protec- tion of the ethnic minorities. In recent years, with tourist boom, predatory industrialization and excessive commercialization, the alien cultures pouring into China and social transformations, many cultural heritages in the minority regions are varying, distorting and even vanishing and extinguishing. For better protection and inheritance, we should strengthen relevant regulations and innovate the ways of cultural inheritance, re- spect and accept the rationality of the cultural heritages＇ value, and protect their realistic and historical func- tions. In addition, protection and exploitation should be conducted at the same time so that they can acquire vitality from sustainable development.
