摘要:以液体石蜡为有机分散介质,环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,采用反相悬浮法制备交联壳聚糖微球,并研究了其对有机染料的吸附性能.壳聚糖分子中存在大量的胺基、羟基,对溶液中的金属离子和有机染料等有良好的吸附性能.交联后的壳聚糖,机械强度增加便于回收,电荷也更加集中提高了吸附能力.另外为了提高壳聚糖的吸附性能,在交联中添加适量的致孔剂聚乙二醇增加比表面积.结果显示,壳聚糖微球具有较好的单分散性,粒径为200~300μm;交联壳聚糖微球对有机染料的具有一定的吸附脱色性能,脱色率与废水的pH值,组分和用量密切相关.
Cross-linked chitosan porous microspheres were prepared with a suspension cross-linking involving olefin as dispersant and epoxy chloropropane as cross-linking agent.At the same time,their adsorption for organic dyestuff was studied.Several factors affecting the preparation and adsorption,such as the molecular weight and concentration of chitosan,pH value,reaction time,concentration of cross-linking agent,were examined.Meanwhile,for the ultimate purpose of improving the adsorption effect,proper poly(ethylene glycol) was added to produce more holes,consequently,the specific surface area was increased.The result showed that the cross-linked chitosan microspheres were well mono-dispersed with the diameters of 200~300 μm.And the dosage of chitosan microspheres,pH value and composition of the wastewater affected the adsorption performance of chitosan microspheres in dying wastewater treatment.
