摘要:研究了纳滤膜对生物质水解制酒精发酵废液中各种价态盐和木糖的分离特性,通过模拟实际料液的组成,系统地考察了操作压力和料液组成浓度对纳滤膜分离透过特性的影响。结果表明,纳滤膜对二价阴离子盐有很好的截留效果,同时对木糖有很好的透过效果,随着盐浓度的增加纳滤膜对木糖的透过率也有所提高,而木糖的存在并不影响纳滤膜对盐的截留率。因此可以运用纳滤膜在适宜的操作条件下实现木糖和盐较好的分离。
Separation character of xylose and salts from biomass fermentation broth in nanofiltration was studied. Effect of operation pressure and feed concentration was reviewed in the system according to simulate the constitutions of the practice feed. The results indicated that nanofihration can reject the bivalent anions and make xylose pass through very well. The existence of a great deal of salts can increase the permeation rate of xylose and the salts rejection rates can' t be affected by xylose. Therefore we can use nanofiltration to separate xylose and salts in oppropriate conditions.
